Whole School Approach Evaluator(s) - Terms of Reference

We are seeking an experienced evaluator/team of evaluators with expertise in trauma-informed whole school approaches, relational practice and culture change to support us to gather learning from our work in this area over the next 3 years (2021-2023). 

Suitable candidates are invited to submit the following documents to our Annie Barber, Head of Impact via email by 9am UK time on Tuesday 9th March, 2021:

Proposal document of no more than 5 pages containing:

  • Brief summary of how you meet the selection criteria
  • High-level overview of proposed approach for achieving the objectives & deliverables outlined in the ToR
  • Financial proposal & breakdown of time required
  • Details of 2 professional referees (Khulisa will not contact unless application is successful)
Please also include a relevant example of previous work and CVs of the proposed evaluation team.
Short interviews are expected to take place W/C March 15th, with an anticipated project start date and inception meeting of March 24th. 

Associate Facilitator vacancies

Khulisa are looking for new Associate Facilitators to deliver programmes for us in Manchester and London, with both young people (11 years plus) and professionals (teachers, prison officers, YOT teams, social workers)
