We are currently recruiting for a Development Manager to join our growing team!
Having grown our income by 20% in the last 12 months and with plans to double in size by 2020, Khulisa is in an exciting period of growth and expansion. This position would suit a highly skilled fundraiser and confident relationship manger, who is looking for a challenging and autonomous role within an entrepreneurial team.
By 2020, Khulisa will be working with 1,000 children and young people a year, supporting them to develop the social and emotional skills, and self confidence, they need to live healthy, crime-free lives. With our newly appointed Evidence and Impact team, and with support from a strong board and leadership team, we hope that the Development Manager will join us to:
- Create a successful supporter engagement strategy, ensuring that our supporters are involved in our growth journey
- Manage and deepen our partnerships with our portfolio of supporters – see our homepage for a list of our current supporters
- Support the Director of Development and Communications with the delivery of our new income diversification strategy, seeking and securing new funding opportunities including public sector contracts, trading income and corporate foundations
