Development Director, London
In the 7 years since we started our work with people in prison and those at risk of crime, we have established ourselves as an effective organisation, punching above its weight and demonstrating thought leadership in the criminal justice sector.
Now is the time for us to build on that foundation, implementing our strategy for growing our programmes across the country so that we can increase our social impact.
We’re pleased to announce that we are recruiting for our first Development Director. In a rapidly changing landscape, your task is to ensure that we engage donors to support the delivery of our impressive and powerful programmes, which change lives and keeps us at the centre of debate to influence policy.
There is considerable scope to develop a range of commercially fundable propositions through innovation and a variety of models whether this be direct, in partnership or through social enterprise expansion as we look at new ways of increasing our reach and impact.
If you have a passion for social justice and developing partnerships/raising resources, we’d love to hear from you:
