Corporate and Community Training

Silence the Violence has also been shown to have significant impact on staff ability to communicate with clients, manage challenging behaviour, build greater self-awareness and improve motivation. In the UK, Khulisa has run bespoke training in the private sector (Leaders’ Quest, Bridges Ventures) and the public sector (Single Point of Contact police officers conference under the Home Office's Tackling Knives Action Programme, HMP Forest Bank) as well as the participation on community trainings by representatives from Youngaddaction, the Met Police, The Prince’s Trust, Nacro, the Foundation Training Company, and A4e.
