Chair of Trustees

Fundraising Manager (Trusts and Major Donors)

Reporting to: Head of Fundraising and Communications
Role type: Full-time, permanent (will consider part time on a pro rata basis for experienced
Salary: Up to £42K
Location: Mix of WFH and 2 days per week working from our Westminster Office (London). We
will consider applications from candidates outside of London if they are able to travel in

Finance and Administration Officer

Reporting to: Director of Finance and Operations
Role type: Permanent contract.
Hours: (flexible) 16-20 hours per week
Salary and benefits: Up to £31,500 pro rata
● 25 days holiday (pro rata) plus 1 week leave at Christmas at discretion of
the CEO
● A day off on your birthday
● £150 wellbeing allowance
● Pension scheme contributions
● Regular team socials
Location: Hybrid working between office and home, ideally London-based but
will consider remote workers based in the Manchester or Birmingham

D&I consultant - Terms of Reference

Khulisa are looking for an experienced diversity and inclusion consultant to better empower their high performing team, and supercharge working practice. We’d love to hear from people who either have a proven track record of effecting this change through their own consultancy, or who would be happy to recommend someone that they know who fits the bill.

Associate Facilitator vacancies

Khulisa are looking for new Associate Facilitators to deliver programmes for us in Manchester and London, with both young people (11 years plus) and professionals (teachers, prison officers, YOT teams, social workers). More information about these roles and the next opportunity to attend our training in March 2022 can be found here.
