Head of Fundraising and Communications

The new Head of Fundraising and Communications will join us at a pivotal moment in our organisational journey. We have almost doubled in size since 2015 and thanks to support from various new funders and high-profile ambassadors, we have been able to generate a compelling and evidence-led theory of change, we have refreshed our brand and strengthened our digital, financial and operational capabilities. Reporting to the Director of Fundraising and Operations, this role will be integral to our continued development by contributing to strategic decision making, implementing Khulisa’s fundraising strategy and developing our brand and communications.

This role is ideal for an ambitious individual seeking to create impact in a growing and high-performing organisation. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of fundraising and grant management and will be passionate about supporting the wellbeing and mental health of young people. They will be resilient and work with integrity at all times. This position is suited to a candidate who truly relishes challenge and the opportunity to work with a high-functioning, close-knit team to support growth at a challenging time for the sector. Head of Evidence and Impact

Due to significant organisational growth, Khulisa is creating a new senior-level part-time role to ensure we maintain a strong focus on evidence and impact and to build on the culture of learning and insight throughout the organisation. The Head of Impact and Evidence will join us at a pivotal moment in our organisational journey, as we seek to embed new digital programmes and capitalize on opportunities to scale and expand our work.

We are looking for an experienced and confident monitoring and evaluation professional who is passionate about improving children’s wellbeing, particularly young people who are at risk of exclusion and becoming involved in crime and violence. You will be an aspiring thought leader who can turn data into insights and enable others to use evidence and learning effectively across the charity. You will set the vision for Khulisa’s influencing agenda, developing our policy position and ensuring that our work creates positive change for the benefit of young people across the UK.

Associate Facilitator vacancies

Khulisa are looking for new Associate Facilitators to deliver programmes for us in Manchester, Sheffield and London, with both young people (11 years plus) and professionals (teachers, prison officers, YOT teams, social workers etc.)
